Great spot to visit a great neighborhood (Santa Maria). Good enough to explore the city and just come back to sleep.

The place was filthy! Building needs to be condemned. There were holes in the walls.

The mattress needs to be thrown out, windows wouldn't open. But it was $12 usd.

There are no towels, toilet paper; bring your flip flops because the bathroom floor was dirty. Location was convenient for me; however, it did not look safe once it gets dark. There is a La Comer, a grocery store where you could buy things you need and the subway was a 10 min-walk distance from this hostel, not hotel. The only positive review was that the front desk girl was super friendly and always helpful!

The staff was especially helpful. This prolerty could use MORE staff to be even better.

This RMS location has very helpful staff.

The staff, both at night and during the day, are helpful and even cheerful. The olace has a nice vibe. I wish there were one or two MORE staff because it's a big place, but then the price would have to go up. It is a fine place for the budget accommodation that it is. The location is good. The road noise in some rooms takes five minutes to get used to. All told: Good.

I didn't stay there because I did booking for the wrong night 😔 and no refund policy or change booking options available

The staff is friendly and is in a nice neighborhood. The closest metro stations are Buenavista and Normal.

Fine for the price at night it gets a bit dodgy.

El personal muy amable y atento y respondiendo a cualquier duda👏la habitación muy cómoda y limpia.✨ Muy recomendable 😊

El personal es accesible y te da atención en todo momento, hay espacio para guardar y calentar tus alimentos, la relación precio/calidad es buena, los demás huéspedes eran tranquilos por ende no había mucho ruido, el único ruido que llegaba a haber era el de los vehículos de la avenida, ubicado en una buena zona rodeado de tiendas.

Las imagenes que exponen son pura IA y edición la realidad de las habitaciones son otra cosa, esta super chiquita la habitación, los baños son compartidos, parece motel o lugar para drogadictos, no parece un lugar seguro, esta horrible que pidan la INE y la tengan ellos, HORRIBLE LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE.

Digo terrible, porque no alcancé a llegar y se perdieron mis habitaciones
