It’s a hostal not a hotel

Great spot to visit a great neighborhood (Santa Maria). Good enough to explore the city and just come back to sleep.

The place was filthy! Building needs to be condemned. There were holes in the walls.

The mattress needs to be thrown out, windows wouldn't open. But it was $12 usd.

There are no towels, toilet paper; bring your flip flops because the bathroom floor was dirty. Location was convenient for me; however, it did not look safe once it gets dark. There is a La Comer, a grocery store where you could buy things you need and the subway was a 10 min-walk distance from this hostel, not hotel. The only positive review was that the front desk girl was super friendly and always helpful!

The staff was especially helpful. This prolerty could use MORE staff to be even better.

The staff, both at night and during the day, are helpful and even cheerful. The olace has a nice vibe. I wish there were one or two MORE staff because it's a big place, but then the price would have to go up. It is a fine place for the budget accommodation that it is. The location is good. The road noise in some rooms takes five minutes to get used to. All told: Good.

I didn't stay there because I did booking for the wrong night 😔 and no refund policy or change booking options available

The staff is friendly and is in a nice neighborhood. The closest metro stations are Buenavista and Normal.

Fine for the price at night it gets a bit dodgy.

Tenía chinches la habitación

El cuarto que me otorgaron eran muy diferente a las fotos que publican y la que escogí, al igual la puerta no tiene ni manilla para abrirla adecuadamente, el baño que le correspondía al piso donde me colocaron no servía la regadera por lo que tenía que bajar al primer piso para poderme bañar. Las habitaciones no tenía alguna ventana o ventilación para que circule el aire.
