Rooom extra clean!! For anyone that is not looking a Luxor , this is the place, 5 minutes from downtown and the Beach! It is a family Owned business , great hospitality! Recommended 100%. I will come back again!! Excellent service!!

My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. Everything was as described in the reviews-friendly and helpful staff and decent accommodations. Just a 5 minute walk from El Tio, a take out restautant with Aruban fare. It was a nice change from our regular routine. We would stay there again.

Got a pck up from the airport for 20 bucks. Sam is a friendly guy. Apartment was good. Comfy and had a kitchen and big fridge freezer. Got the local buses to all the beaches. 5 American dollars for a Retour pass, which gives you 2 trips. Easy to get to baby beach. Which we liked for snorkeling. The apartment was only 5 or 10 mins walk to town. Easy.

It's a great place to stay if you want to feel less like a tourist and more like a local. The showers are warm, the AC works. You can park your car on the street. But if you go, use WAZE navigation app, not google maps.google maps doesn't know the streets are one way.

The location is a leasurely 15 minute walk to the city centre. The owners are kind and considerate. Thoroughly recommend

Climbing the stairs was hard for us, but we dealt with it. Stan and Sam were very friendly and accommodating. This facility was within walking distance of the shopping and dining. We felt very safe, even walking back after dark.

Loved my stay at A1 apartments! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Check-in was very easy and I was greeted in-person. They shuttled me to the airport the next morning. Highly recommend!

Really bad smell all over the carpet. (Disgusting pee smell) I will never recommend this place.

It is fair with price

This is well run family business. The accomodations are simple but all we needed was a place to sleep on a layover. I would stay again. Safe neighborhood and support a family business. The room had a kitchen sink, stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator.

Yes this was a lovely place good value for money and the owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful I would stay again thank you. Location was also very good short walking distance to downtown and the beach

We only stayed one night we will definitely stay again. The apartments are situated in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the easy, very casual, island vibe these family owned apartments gave us.

Me fue excelente, es un lugar comodo y economico desde alli se puede salir a disfrutar aruba y en la piscina que tienen tambien se puede relajar, cuanta con camas comodas aire acondicionado en pefecto estado. etc.
