This was our first time staying at this resort. It turned out to be close to where we were staying. We stayed in rooms 402-403. A small suggestion for management is to improve the bed legs, which are made of cement or a stone-like material. These legs are quite dangerous for guests. I accidentally kicked one, hurting my toe, but fortunately, I didn't injure it. The smart TV in room 402 had repeated image glitches, likely due to the unstable internet connection. The menu at Jiwana Resto was quite good.

Peaceful in the middle of the hot city

The resort's facilities and surroundings are excellent. The bedrooms are a bit small for the price range. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Hello, I hope this can be used as an evaluation for the hotel management. 1. Facilities For a price of IDR 2.2 million/night, I expected more comprehensive facilities, including kids' activities. When I checked, there was only a pool. The breakfast menu wasn't very varied. 2. Cleanliness Sorry, when I first entered the room, my kids and I were coughing and sneezing. After checking, the room wasn't clean and there was a lot of dust. I touched the table and the bed, and it was thick with dust. Even the tea strainer hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. 3. Mattress For this price, and using a Guhdo/Zees mattress, I think it's not very wise 🙏🏻 It's too saggy, and the springs are already wobbly. It's a jungle theme, so the concept is okay. But please improve the maintenance, and I hope there are kids' activities.

Wanasekar Resort Yogyakarta is highly recommended for honeymoon couples, families looking for quality time, or anyone looking for tranquility (as far away from the hustle and bustle of the city as possible) without having to drive too far to the remote areas of Jogja.

The location is hidden, but it seems to be very popular on social media due to its fully booked rooms. It attracts not only local tourists but also many international tourists who stay at this resort. The rooms are beautiful, the views are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the hotel grounds are spacious, and there's even a jogging track. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Buggy services are available to pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel lobby.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, from the in-room dining to the breakfast buffet. Two nights wasn't enough. If I go back to Jogja, I'll definitely stay here again. The atmosphere is beautiful, cool, quiet, and private. There's one thing I'm missing, perhaps; a spa and gym would be even better. It was a pleasure to stay in a room surrounded by the forest, which was very nice, clean, and beautiful. The room was also clean with good facilities, as was the food. It's a shame we only stayed for one day. Will come back again if we go back to Yogyakarta. All the staff are friendly.

Truly relaxing ambiance and great hospitality! Overall, the atmosphere at the resort is very pleasant and calming. Morning walks around the resort, with fresh air and beautiful views, are a treat. I'd love to stay here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta again.
