The hotel staff is friendly but the inside is still not clean for that price, unfortunately it is not clean.

Bathrooms are equipped with both hot and cold water. Soap and shampoo are readily available in each bathroom.

Inside the tent was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned when we checked in, and there was a lot of leftover rice. The gas provided ran out quickly, and even after cooking, it was gone. When we asked for gas, we were charged 25,000 Rupiah for one cylinder. There weren't enough bathrooms, only 2 per block, so when they were full, we had to queue in turns. The bathroom lock was broken. FYI: The price in the app only covers the room/tent. Upon entering, the receptionist asked for a parking fee and an entrance ticket of 25,000 Rupiah per person, which had to be paid in cash; no QRIS.

There was no hot water, and when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water, and I had to urinate. It got worse when I wanted to check out: there was no water at all, and the admin was hard to contact after 5:30 p.m. When I wanted to check out, I had to wait until 10 a.m. for someone to show up. As a result, I didn't shower for the entire camping trip.

It was a fun stay here, a truly enjoyable camping experience. Cooking utensils are provided in the tent. The blankets are also great.
