Love the 24hrs snacks all day and the cocktail bar from 5-6pm. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Especially MK, who made us feel very welcome. Bed and pillows were great. Toiletries are from byredo. Wifi connectivity is strong and fast. Location of the hotel is good. Link to the mrt and one bangkok mall. It's a pity we did not stay long enough to use the gym and pool facilities.
