The property is in a beautiful hidden away area of Louyang, that is not too far from where the main attractions are. We were dropped off in front of a breath-taking bridge, where you walk a little further into where the buildings are. The city is beautiful and so is this hotel. The interior is decorated beautifully and I felt transported back to Ancient China. The staff are incredibly kind and super helpful as well, providing delicious and simple breakfast (that you can select from a range of options). They have an adorable fluffy white cat that walks around the hotel. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this city and hotel. I’d love to visit again.

This place is a gem - five star service, hospitality, friendliness in a boutique hotel. It is like staying with friends. Huge rooms and very comfortable bed. The hotel driver who picks up and drops off customers from the train station free, also provides good value transportation for sightseeing with a big genuine smile.

The hotel is in an excellent location with lots to see when walking around the neighborhood. The rooms were new and very clean. Our room overlooked the river. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent service. Proactively reached out prior to arrival to guide us to the parking lot and arranged a cosy and clean room for us upon arrival. Great location with convenience.
