It's great, for this price, it has AC, water heater, 2 beds, the place is clean too, although it's a bit far from Malioboro if you walk, and some of the doors can't be opened, a little suggestion is that the hinges need to be oiled so they don't drag.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the toilet is also clean, basically it is comfortable.
