The staff are very friendly, and the Wi-Fi isn't slow either. Honestly, it's a bit stuffy climbing the stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor 😇. Overall, it's good.

Please check the AC in all rooms. I had to clean the AC filter myself, and it still wasn't cooling. It's possible the AC's freon was never checked.

The location is on the main road of the city and close to the PLN SPKLU. The hotel facilities are decent, for example there is a large swimming pool (but I didn't try it), but there is no lift/elevator, so to the upper floor you have to take the stairs. Only 2 towels are provided in the room, additional towels are charged Rp 15,000. The bathroom water heater only works briefly. But the shower, toilet and jet washer and sink work well. The room's air conditioning works well. The room is spacious, although the decor/interior is old, but it is complete with a smart TV that can support YouTube, a refrigerator and drinking water heater, glasses, cups (but no small spoons), coffee, sugar, tea and 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water. The bed/mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the room carpet feels less clean and there are no room slippers. The hotel building's window glass also looks dirty. But the condition of the lobby and parking lot is quite clean.

Yes, it's quite comfortable for this price, although someone tried to open the door at night. It seemed like the staff was cleaning the neighboring hotel room that had checked out, but they were trying to open my room. They knew the door couldn't be opened from the outside without a key. This made the occupants uncomfortable.

There's no elevator to the second and third floors. The carpet in the rooms needs replacing. The breakfast menu could be better.

Everything is okay, comfortable and clean, the only minus is the shower is a bit spluttered, it seems it needs to be replaced so that the water flow is good.
