Parking is a bit cramped, especially if you can get parking in the basement. If you want to exit, you have to contact other guests first because the car is blocked, preventing you from exiting. It's a bit inconvenient for other guests. But overall, it's very good.

It was quite worth staying here. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. Until midnight, I could hear the room next door chatting noisily :( so it disturbed my sleep. But, so far so good, it's also close to the Clock Tower and other tourist attractions.

New, clean hotel, located in the city center

1. The room door access error occurred when tapped, requiring a wait of about 2 minutes before the door would open. 2. Inadequate parking spaces meant that the roadside was occupied, causing traffic jams and causing me concern as a vehicle owner about parking on the shoulder. 3. The smart TV in room 408 was inoperable. 4. The bathroom floor was less than welcoming for guests with toddlers like us.

Food was only delivered to the room because the hotel was low on staff, she said. And the portions were barely enough for two people. The quality of the food was comparable to a palace or hostel.

Please pay attention to the quality of the air conditioning in guest rooms. Guests have reported the problem to reception, but it's been ignored. Instead of comfort, they're experiencing heat. Breakfast doesn't match other guest reviews. Please provide a more upscale breakfast. You can't get fried rice for a million rupiah a night. Parking needs to be given more attention if guests need to get in and out.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Complaint handling was poor and did not reflect good hospitality standards. I encountered a problem because the door to my room wouldn't open, and the solution offered was to move rooms with a waiting time of about an hour. I was left waiting in the lobby without any assurance or attention from the hotel. This experience significantly reduced the comfort of my stay and is certainly a serious concern for management. Your hotel is pleasant, but unfortunately, the service is poor. Guests will think twice about returning. Thank you.
