I booked via Expedia but when I arrived at the property the security guard at reception knew nothing about me or the booking. I was the 2nd person whom this same thing happened to. I ended up staying somewhere else because I could not access my room. shocking service, These people shpudl be kicked off Expedia instead of messing people around.
