The facility is gorgeous, clean, centrally located and very dog friendly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. Although the hotel is on a rather busy street did not hear any traffic from the room (facing the road). The historic center of town is just across the street and very easy to reach and enjoy. Très agréable surprise. Hôtel bien situé en centre-ville. Prestations de qualité. Décoration soignée et moderne. Litterie excellente. Hotel calme.

Hôtel récent dans des locaux 100% rénovés. Accueil chaleureux et communs et chambres très cosy ! Jardin à l’arriere, belle surprise reposante en plein centre de Chambéry, bluffant !

La chambre était bien, par contre nous avons eu un souci d'eau chaude non résolu malgré l'intervention d'un technicien sympathique. Nous avons été obligé de prendre ma fille et moi une douche glacée,. En seul dédommagement l'hôtelier nous a remboursé 30€ :-/ Bref je croise les doigts pour les prochains vacanciers qu'il n'y ai aucun souci!
