Best hotel we have stayed in in Manchester for the money by a mile! Lovely and clean and stylish!

Another amazing stay at Mollie’s. We love this place. The team are amazing and really make a stay here enjoyable. Great food in the Diner, incredible cocktails down in Studio IV and always the best live bands. Can’t wait to return!

Upon arrival was told they couldn’t find my booking and that it had been cancelled and refunded on the 21st of May. My daughter had paid for the room as a gift so I called her to ask what was going on. She had actually received confirmation of booking 3 days prior to our visit and confirmed she hadn’t received any refunds. Suddenly our room was reinstated and the lady on the che lour just said it was an error. Not the best start to the day. Hotel was beautiful and fantastically located near local amenities and restaurants. Room was spacious and very clean however there wasn’t a kettle for your drinks and you had to walk down the corridor to get water. Overall a great hotel for the price and I would definitely return.

Nice, central place to stay especially if you are attending a gig at Castlefield bowl. It's literally 5 mins walk.

Excellent friendly staff, bunk rooms are just what the doctor orderd for three friends attending a concert. Great food and a welcome atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing

Really great for a new hotel. I will note that there was a strange number of small gnats flying around our room and on the ceiling when we arrived, and the number seemed to increase through our stay. The windows were closed so we were not sure where they were coming from. Other than that the room was fantastic value and very clean.

Awesome hotel, staff were very attentive, air con was bliss in this heat, really liked the rooms and amenities. Definitely intend to stay again in the future.

Our first visit to Mollies and really impressed with the overall experience from the look, feel and vibe to the service, food and drinks. On arrival we were given a complimentary upgrade and having had these we weren't expecting much difference but the room was enormous and had lots of extras such as a kitchen, lounge area, big bathroom with a standalone bath and shower / wet room. We stayed for one night then had breakfast in the morning which was also great with loads of choice. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely styling of room and bar area. Cool vibe. Some staff were very helpful but not all hence the drop of a star.

Hotel first class wasn't 100% sure about sink not being in the bathroom no fridge and having to go out into the corridor to get hot water for beverages We were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary so an upgrade would have been nice

We had a brief one-night stay at Mollie’s recently, after literally waiting years for it to open. I am pleased to say it was worth the wait. What a beautiful hotel! The rooms are simple, but very beautiful, reminiscent of staying at a Hoxton. Special mention for the outstanding shower… makes such a big difference. Checking in and out was a breeze, with very helpful and friendly staff members. Although we didn’t use the diner/restaurant, it looked amazing. Will absolutely stay at Mollie’s next time we are in Manchester!

it felt really comfortable the interior is very chic david was amazing he made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked upto he reception everyone there is really friendly and helpful everything about this place is 10/10

Great bones, frustrating execution The decor, location and staff at Mollie's were genuinely excellent — the staff in particular were helpful whenever I could actually reach them. Unfortunately, the tech let the whole experience down. The WiFi wasn't working, which meant the TV didn't work either. The Bluetooth-controlled lighting was vague and unintuitive to operate. But the biggest issue was being forced to download an app just to contact room service or the front desk — there was no option to simply pick up a phone or speak to someone. It felt like choice had been removed entirely in favour of a "digital-first" experience that didn't actually work. I'm also wary of handing over my data for an app I didn't want to use in the first place, especially when it gave me nothing useful in return — just friction where there should have been a simple conversation. Lovely hotel on paper, let down by tech that doesn't work and a system that takes away basic options.

Lovely staff hotel is amazing we had a ‘comfy’ room on 4 th floor it was really nice all cowshed products really modern. Diner bar and lounge areas were all beautiful would definitely go back
