Overall, it's a very good hotel because it's new. The ambiance and rooms are comfortable for resting. However, the receptionist was unfriendly. I was checking in, but she let out a long sigh and snorted. I understand she might be tired, but if you're going to be like that, don't do it in front of customers. Her language was also less formal when explaining things.

Cozy, next time I'll come here again when I go back to Indonesia.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, close to Cianjur's busy main market. It just opened in early March 2026, so everything is brand new. My only small comment is that the receptionist's service is less enthusiastic towards guests, lacking in friendliness and a flat expression. The swimming pool's location is less private because it is right at the hotel entrance. Coffee, tea, and sugar are not provided in the rooms. This can be improved in the future. Thank you.

For comfort, it is okay, but tea, laundry bags, and telephones for access to the reception are not provided.

The hotel is cool, still new. Very clean. Very friendly service. Parking can fit plenty of cars and motorbikes.
