Very basic accommodations which was perfect for our one night stay in Iceland and very close to the airport.

Great airport rest hotel . We used it as a transfer station for our family to stay after getting off of long flights and then transferring them to Reykjavík as their hotels downtown check-in was available. Will use again.

Very decent, self-service hotel, perfect for a one night before our flight back home. It has a shared, we'll equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove and coffee maker. The kitchen was clean despite being maintained by guests. We only saw one hotel crew during our short stay.

The hotel is not very close to the airport. You need a taxi or your own car. There is also no staff on the property, check in is on line. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There is a coffee and tea but hot chocolate option was watered down. There is nothing around the hotel within walking distance.

This was a nice hotel near the airport. Room was clean. Only complaint was the pillow was a little on the hard side. Common area and kitchen were super useful. I really liked the contact less check-in experience.

Room was a box with no ventilation. It was new and clean but bare bones w the cheapest fixtures. We needed a code to get in but that was not sent. Fortunately someone was walking in and helped us, but no apology, just murmurings about how Expedia apps often don’t work. If it wasn’t for the person who unexpectedly came by, we never would have gotten in. I called the Expedia number only to be told that I didn’t have any trips. Super frustrating.

This was a great stay for the night. It was very close to the airport and was comfortable. The window wouldn’t open for cool air so it was very hot, but the private bathroom and spacious room was perfect for what we needed.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and not remotely appropriate for four people, despite being sold that way. There was only about six inches between the bottom of the beds, which made getting to the bathroom extremely difficult. The layout was so cramped that it felt almost impossible to move around the room. The outlets near the main bed were located behind the bed, so in order to use them, the bed had to be pushed even closer to the sofa bed, making the already tiny walkway even worse. There was also nowhere practical to put luggage or personal items. The bathroom was another major problem. The shower water would not stay warm and kept switching between cold and warm, which made showering very unpleasant. The room was also hot, with no proper ventilation and no fan. Even worse, in a place where the sun is out nearly all night, the room did not have blackout curtains. It honestly felt like trying to sleep outside in broad daylight. Between the dirty room, poor layout, lack of ventilation, inadequate curtains, and unreliable hot water, this was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very uncomfortable for a family … very hot not good enough window shades for all day light, room very small for family of four, rather pay more and stay in comfort

Although several km away from downtown Kevlavik with all the restaurants, this hotel was quite convenient for a last night stay before a flight out of Reykjavik. Automated check-in to both the hotel and the room. Clean, efficient, and the basic necessities on hand. It matches the basic price but, as I said, worth it for a last night stay. Car rental returns are only about 5 minutes away and there's a cheap N1 station to fill-up on return to Lava Car rental, Lotus, and a few others I saw. Town and restaurants about 10 minutes away.
