This riad was the most beautiful place we've stayed in, ever! Exquisitely decorated riad in an authentic style, clean spacious rooms, friendly attentive staff, delicious breakfast. This riad is a hidden jewel box in the medina.

The Riad is absolutely gorgeous, and would have easily earned 5 stars if not for the rude and scammy hotel manager who ruined the experience. It’s a mystery how that man works in the hospitality industry. We had 2 rooms as there were 3 of us. When 2 of us came up for breakfast, he rudely said that they have cooked food for 3 people so will bring all 3 people’s food together. When we said the third person is asleep, he refused to agree to serve them separately when they came up (within the breakfast window), “because we have cooked 3 people’s food for you”. When the food arrived, the ONLY cooked item was a couple of fried eggs. The rest of it was just fruits, bread etc. that had been hastily thrown together - picture included. Just a ruined breakfast experience for nothing. While leaving, we asked the same guy where we should walk to get a cab. He said that that’s not possible, and the only way to get a cab is to book one through him for MAD 250. He argued multiple times that we should have done that in advance. He then claimed that a taxi we flag down near the medina “is not allowed to go to the airport”. Eventually sick of him, we walked out, and 5 minutes reached the street and instantly flagged a taxi to the airport for 100 MAD. Apart from the rude, scammy, lying manager, the riad is wonderful. Well located, genuinely beautiful inside, helpful staff (apart from the one), comfortable beds and good WiFi.

The room was better than pictured. The lobby was beautiful. The rooftop terrace held a panoramic view of the city. They left a pot of coffee and a thermos in f hot milk at our table- a first in Morocco. Breakfast included a delicious omelet and local breads and spreads. We loved it and wish we had booked a longer stay!

This place was simply fantastic. The lobby and my room were simply breathtakingly gorgeous. Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again.

A stunningly beautiful and extremely well serviced riad. The food was delicious: both breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly, attentive to detail and present for whenever needed. It is truly a gem. Could be an art gallery or a museum. Look no more, you don’t want to miss this place.

Hotel was beautiful historic place. Room was very good, food was average and most of the staff were very good. Samir in particular (brother of owner) was very helpful. Had an issue with one younger guy working the evening shift who was rude when I knocked on the door at 8:55 p.m. after dinner and told me to be quiet and also didn't organize a breakfast for my day trip the next morning as promised (too busy sleeping on the sofa).

Petit dejeuner typique tres copieux. Le riad se au milieux de la medina, donc pas de parking a coté. L hotel est plutot bien indiqué dans les rues sinueuses de la vieille ville.
