I adored my stay here. From booking to check out everything was straight forward. The room and balcony was adorable. Very clean. Fantastic location for the art museums. Staff were wonderful. Check in was work time was easy. The room itself was perfect. Utterly clean. Everything I needed. The lift was fine but I preferred the stairs for up and down. The balcony was wonderful for day and night. Watching the swifts fly overhead made my stay extra special. Really easy to get to all the main sights from here. Ditto public transport from / to airport. I used the train to get there and the airport bus to return. I would 100% stay here again and one day soon I will. A perfect concept for city stays. A few tiny tweaks: I didn’t realise the office was on the right floor and could do a bag check within office hours. I would have liked extra tea / coffee / milk during my stay.

Un espacio completamente nuevo y cerca de los lugares más icónicos del centro de Madrid. La habitación me pareció muy acogedora, cómoda y con los elementos necesarios para hacer confortable tu estadía. El lugar es muy tranquilo y siempre hubo buena comunicación con el arrendador.

It’s in an apartment building in a wonderful area. The top floor has multiple rooms. Great blow dryer. It worked great. We used the codes no issues. Would definitely do it again and we r 2 older people.

All good Property Location communication

FeelAtHome Cortes has a great location. Many restaurants and fun places nearby, plenty of taxis as well. Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. Our gratitude especially to Javier, for being so gracious and considerate throughout our 4-night stay. Our room had a terrace with a cute balcony with table and chairs to have a drink and/or watch the activity from the 8th floor. The room has an electric coffee/tea maker with regular, decaf, and teas. The property has electronic entrance and locks. Instructions are provided very clearly before arrival, and they have someone at the front desk 9am to 6pm. We enjoyed our stay!

Of the three days I stayed, two of them pass without air conditioning, since it was damaged. It helped us that even the temperatures of Madrid were pleasant, but when opening the windows of the room, it became difficult to get a good rest in those last 2 Nights . since it was very noisy because the rest of the perfect location, everything, new, and good places to eat. everything is very close. very safe place.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was lovely, the location was perfect, the room itself was great. Would definitely recommend booking the room with the terrace! The bed was a little hard but that would be my only complaint.
