10/10 ! I was a student staying up in Bristol for a few nights I had an excellent stay, couldn't have asked for a better room. It was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully presented, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the room was quiet. Jonny was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I've had, and I would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Jonny, the host was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Cannot be faulted. Room and en suite basic, but bed clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage drawers, small table and chairs a nice touch. Shower room small but clean, with good shower pressure. Although above a pub, the rooms are unexpectedly quiet. Budget-friendly - if you want all the “bells & whistles”, then you’d have to pay much more for a room. Well worth the money.

Jonny was very nice and accommodating. Outside was a bit dodgy because there was no name of the hotel (an old pub)but once you enter your room, it was clean and pretty. Surprisingly good. We will be back. Im sure they will upgrade/renovate the groud floor.

There was no spa .Location was just right for me.

Room was spacious, but despite the heating there was a draft coming from the window. Bed comfortable, I had to ask for towels as initially they were missing. No TV in the room & internet was sketchy. A bit old fashioned as it was in an old pub, so you need to switch buttons on the wall before going for shower. Do not get put off by building appearance, the pub is working from 4pm & there are pool tables as well. Bus stop just outside property.
