The conditions of the property and rooms were undergoing many improvements and therefore everything was not as shown in their online photos. There was no free shuttle service, no pool and the food was not very good.

The property is nowhere near the way its shown online. We had to change rooms 3 times due to having no water and no AC most of the time. We were supposed to have an ocean view which we never did. If the place was under renovation that should have been stated when viewing online. Showers were very unclean and unsanitary. My husband and i were on our honeymoon and this was the most unenjoyable experience ever. We left a day early.
