The hotel is clean and has a beautiful, modern interior design. The room was comfortable with a soft bed, cool air conditioning, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful during my stay, as I was from out of town. The location is also strategic. The Sederhana restaurant is right in front of the hotel. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in Bengkulu.

Overall, the hotel is good, the building is still new. The price is also affordable. We booked a standard loft. It was enough for 4 people, but the room was a bit cramped. However, for a standard room, you can't expect much more. Improvements that need to be made to improve the quality: The bathroom glass needs sandblasting to maintain privacy. There is a curtain that can be raised and lowered, but it is inefficient because you have to raise and lower the curtain every time you use it. When the curtain is closed, it blocks the place to put towels, so maybe a wall hanger should be added. Security service also needs improvement. When we were about to enter, he was seen busy playing with his cellphone, and did not take the initiative to open the door.
