A comfortable place for family

Old hotel... much of the wood in the Boutique Suite was rotten, and the ceiling had yellow leaks. As soon as we arrived, the lights suddenly went out due to a power outage in the room above. But it was immediately fixed... Then it was incredibly noisy. I'd just checked in and wanted to rest for the afternoon because I'd driven a long distance, but there was a company event. The L*on Group was having an outing with speakers and music... it was incredibly loud. It was noisy all afternoon until evening... My evening wake-up was rewarded with a stunning sunset... to the beach, just exit the back gate.

for families, it's fun to walk to the beach, it's also close, it's still inside the hotel, you can even hold competitions in the villa, it's fun, 3 days 2 nights I think it's not enough yesterday 😁 there are lots of games that we can rent, such as banana boats, paragliding, zet sky, ATVs, the sellers also sell lots of children's beach toys, kites, etc. It's nice to stay here, everything is complete.

This is great, right? The location is right in front of the beach. Yesterday, I got a room with a balcony view and I loved it. The only downside is I don't like the locals on the beach. They force me to sell something, which makes me uncomfortable. But I like the accommodation, sleeping with the sound of the waves.

Friendly staff, but standard breakfast, and no buffet on the second day. Old but spacious room with direct access to the beach. Wifi and TV didn't work. Overall, I was happy.

Suggestions: Many door handles need to be repaired, cable routes too

A family vacation. The hotel's atmosphere is very child-friendly. The hotel offers very close access to Anyer Beach. The breakfast options are very minimal, with adequate flavors for a star-rated hotel. Pool maintenance should be well-maintained, and water purification should be maximized. Reduce the use of chlorine or calcium hypochlorite (Ca(ClO)₂), which is very dangerous for health, especially for children.

bathroom shower hot water tap does not work in room 211, lots of mosquitoes..suggestion if you want to stay overnight, provide mosquito repellent..window curtains can't be raised..lots of dust..under the mattress sofa table..slow wifi..food in the restaurant still needs to be improved..otherwise it's good..staff are friendly and ready to help..

Strategic, very spacious villa can be for a large family. Access to the beach is very close with good beach quality. Very recommended.

Thank you for the decoration.. Unfortunately for breakfast at that time it was a'la carte not buffet but overall it was delicious & the family was happy..

pretty good,, it's just that the villa's interior seems poorly maintained, the room's toilet is dirty, the edges of the villa's yard are messy,, no one sweeps it,,, looking at it makes me scared of snakes, no karaoke, no rice noodles, no slippers for inside... for complete facilities,, breakfast food has many variants but the taste is B aj....

Overall, staying here is comfortable. From the location and facilities. It's just that, maybe because it's not always crowded, so there are some properties that are lacking maintenance. Like the bathroom door whose bottom is a bit broken, a small chair with an ugly wooden shape, a kettle in the room whose lid is off, a refrigerator with no shelves in the door. The wifi signal is unstable because it sometimes disappears. The AC is cold. The hot water in the bathroom is abundant, for example, there is no hot water for the shower because the bathtub already uses hot water. This is great. For food, we didn't get buffet facilities because there were only a few hotel guests, so the choice was between 3 breakfast menus. For the taste, it was enough, still fits the tongue, not strange and the portion is enough to fill the stomach in the morning. The location is very close to the beach, just blinking to get to the beach. Alhamdulillah, we got all the weather on the beach, from hot to drizzle and rain too. So far it's safe in the hotel even though it got windy rain on the last night of our stay. The staff are all helpful and friendly.

Room wasn't clean properly, dusty.

The hotel condition is good, there is a swimming pool, only the AC in the family room was broken but it was repaired, the gallon of water when we arrived was only half, it should be full, I also got a promo price, then for the Pacific Ocean type, the bathroom is above all, it's a bit difficult to rinse because the rinse is above, there should be a shower so that you can rinse outside so it doesn't get dirty, the rinse area in the swimming pool should have water and more rinse rooms so that the pool doesn't get dirty from the beach sand

Finally able to come here again, 17 years ago I was here, finally here again with the kids.

Fairly clean, there was a complaint about a broken shower that was immediately fixed by a technician. The staff is friendly and the place is very comfortable for families.
