I initially underestimated it because the hotel is an old building and seems old-fashioned. But it turned out to be really fun, if you're looking for an all-in-one hotel for a staycation and beach time, this hotel is very good. Cons: Some parts of the room, like the door and bathtub, have parts that look like they've been repaired, so they're not smooth. Water dripped from the light switch next to the bed. The room lights are dim. The water supply is small, both for the bathtub and shower. If you get a room on the 3rd floor, it's a bit of an effort to climb up and down the stairs, especially if you're carrying a lot of luggage. Luckily, there wasn't much information at check-in, so you have to be proactive in asking. Pros: The room is quite spacious, with a living room and dining room, and a bathtub. The bed is spacious, probably a king-sized bed. There is access to the beach with fine sand, so it's very kid-friendly. Besides the beach, there's a swimming pool and a mini outdoor playground too, so there's no need to doubt the facilities. The restaurant is also affordable, try the drinks, they taste good too. At night, there's a street food stall inside the hotel, selling snacks and drinks for Rp10,000. At the beach you can ride an ATV (Rp 50,000), eat corn (Rp 15,000), and various other activities. The best thing is the service from the staff, there were several complaints such as the hand towel hanger in the bathroom was broken, the TV network was slow, the mattress was dirty, they immediately fixed it and helped replace the bed cover too, very fast and friendly. Open the room door immediately view the beach, there is also a clothesline for drying clothes if you have been swimming at the beach. Overall, quite satisfied staying at this hotel, even interested in someday being able to stay in a villa type room.

An old hotel with very old furniture in the rooms. + • Hotel access is close to the main road • Direct beach access (sloping and clean) • Room cleanliness is okay • Cold AC, exhaust on • Swimming pool and mini playground • All staff are friendly, from security to the restaurant. • If you want a direct beach view, stay in the boutique suite on the 3rd floor. - • No one helps carry your luggage to your room (we stayed in the boutique suite, all rooms are up stairs, no elevator). • The room was infested with mosquitoes (I read reviews, so I brought an electric mosquito repellent to kill all the mosquitoes on the floor. If you're staying here, bring a mosquito repellent, guys). • The phone in the room was dead, so when I needed help, I couldn't get through. • There was no doormat (even though many people had told me they needed one, as we all needed one after the beach). • The chairs, tables, windows, cupboards, doors, and everything else are rotting because they're made of wood (please fix them). • There's only one toothbrush in the room. If you want another one, you have to go far from the receptionist, and you can't call because it doesn't work. • A 6-year-old child paid 80,000 Rupiah for breakfast. • The variety and taste of the food are very lacking; please improve. And please read all reviews so we can improve in the future.

The villa is comfortable, but the old buildings, like the wooden handrails, are likely rotting and wobbly. The food is lacking in flavor and variety; it could use more variety.

The location and room are great. I stayed at the Boutique Suites recently, which had a direct beach view. The beach is also close by. However, I'd suggest that motorbikes should be able to reach the front of the room so they don't have to walk all the way to the parking lot. Overall, it's great.

The beach is beautiful, clean, gently sloping, and coral-free. It's not far from Jakarta. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are clean. The bathroom fixtures are also fully functional. Highly recommended for a family vacation. Hopefully, we can come back here again with our family 🥰

The room and everything else were comfortable. But the Wi-Fi really needs fixing. The signal kept dropping out. Even the TV broadcasts were messed up, let alone the Smart TV. The breakfast wasn't varied, and it's a shame I said it wasn't delicious. The kitchen looked like it had no salt, as it was completely bland, tasteless, and tasteless.

The pool was dirty. The facilities were lacking. We booked for two people, but there was only one.

The service was excellent and friendly. The place is comfortable, and the beach is beautiful. Yesterday, we had a problem: our vehicle registration (STNK) was lost, and we only realized it after we got home. We called the hotel, and they responded quickly, found it, and it was delivered that day. Overall, The Jayakarta Villas Anyer is the best. Highly recommended for a vacation here; it's comfortable and very kid-friendly.

The beach is clean, the water sports are good, the breakfast has many variations and is delicious, the staff is friendly, there are also food stalls near the swimming pool.

The villa is clean and tidy, and the garden is also recommended for families. There were some issues with the shower closet leaking and the TV having lines. Thankfully, the admin immediately informed us, and the shower and TV were replaced. The beach is very close, and the sunsets are stunning. Thank you, and have a wonderful vacation.
