Really good! The rooms are clean, the service is also friendly. But unfortunately this pandemic is so quiet, rather horror. Across the room directly from the beach, the sand is fine, it feels like a private beach. The lifeguards are also friendly. Only access is far away, so you have to prepare food and drinks before entering the Lagoi area. Love it! Suitable for short escape 🌴💕

Very happy to be able to stay here, all staff are friendly and helpful, the beaches are so beautiful. Good food, because of the pandemic, so there are not many guests, it feels like a private beach.

This accommodation is very good, suitable for the honeymoon moment, the breakfast is also very good. The menu choices are many and the quality of the food is very good.

The whole resort was great, the beach in-front of the main hotel has a lot of jelly fish. The receptionist in the beach club is charging us another room for a 14 yr old extra head, instead of extra person room charge. How ever the main receptionist allowed us to just pay extra head instead of extra room. But the rest is good. Hot pot restaurant was the best.

The rooms are not very spacious. The bathroom is really slippery. Super duper price is expensive for / local size, for example nasgor just 250 thousand / portion. Apart from the prices that wow the taste was not good. 1d advice bring a stock of food / drinks when staying here. Because it's far out. Very nice view, clean. The atmosphere is quiet. The plus point at breakfast. Many choices, because this resort is the majority of foreign tourists. Better to choose western food menu. Tastes better than Indonesian cuisine, less good for friendly service.

Very beautiful places and excoriating

Bad service. We paid extra 1 pax with half of the room rate in the same room but we didn't get any extra bed. Very disappointed with the service. When we checked out, none of the staff came and help when we called for help, the counter just answered: we did not provide buggy service and we are short of manpower. The room that we stay was far from parking and receptionist area, how can they expect the customers carry their own luggage from the room to the checkout point and parking area? This was my first and hope it will be my last experienced too.

I stayed at the resort, the rooms are a bit small. The facilities are very pleasant with a beautiful beach, a nice swimming pool, and the breakfast menu is also a lot of choices. Only if you want breakfast from the resort to coffee shop is a bit far away. But overall, I enjoyed staying there.

Nice hotel and the advantage from staying in this hotel is that you are allowed to use all facilities of the other Nirwana’s group hotel, i.e., the Nirwana Garden Resort.
