Left room late one morning around 11AM and returned in the afternoon around 3-4PM, room still not tidied up. Understood might be because left room late. Called guest services to have room cleaned. Next day left room early morning around 7AM, returned around 3-4PM same thing occurred. Turned on"Clean Room"sign on both occasions. Room temperature too cold, and gets colder whenever aircon switched OFF, thought weird or maybe too hi-tech for me. Proper operating instructions needed. QR codes for in-room dining only shown on a blurry TV, hence not scannable. Printed QR codes only available at Concierge desk (need to leave room just to scan QR code, ridiculous).
