Apartment in Quang An ward

I stayed one night with my two children in a suite room for family (two bed rooms). The property was old, the area huge though. Not very well maintained, creepy. Not so many staff for the huge area like that. The only good one maybe the swimming pool, but no staff in charge. I had to search around for the pool towel. I didn't take my breakfast because I had to fly early. So I asked them to prepare a take away-simple breakfast like I usually get from other hotels. That was very awful, not prepared professional and without drinks. I had to throw it away. For me the hotel was not worth the price. I won't come back and won't recommend.

Good hotel but location a bit hard to find.

It 's a nice decision to celebrate our 12th year in this place. Peaceful, calm, slightly away from the busy area of Hanoi. Nice staff too 👍.

Stayed there for a family trip in Hanoi. Studio are comfortable and clean but a little bit small. Staff are very friendly and ready to go beyond and help. Location is far from the main attractions of Hanoi, always need to take a taxi to go around. Make up room also only until 17:00, after this time no more housekeeping service. Overall great but not convenient for an extended stay.

Room is not the same as the image posted on the web. There is no wardrobe.

Staying here several times. Always feel satisfied and welcoming by the staffs. The location is quite great since it's next to West Lake-best for a early morning walk to enjoy the fresh air or late night trolling to explore many cool bar / lounge around. Keep coming back and stay here.
