This was a lovely relatively new property away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities were great with pool, spa and masssge facilities on site. Staff were very helpful and restaurant on site was good and reasonably priced. Only criticism was the taps in the bathroom, as each turned in a different direction which had obviously caused problems with previous guests which had led to some damage of the fittings. The hot tap needs to be refitted as in thinking you were turning in off, you were actually turning it on fuller and due to the very high temperature it could lead to a scald. Nevertheless, overall this was a really good stay. A lot of building construction around the hotel but lovely views from within over the city. Would def stay here again.

The only real downside is that they were doing construction on the floor I was on. I only heard it between 2-4pm when I was in my room, but it sounded like concrete being jack hammered. The buffet breakfast was just ok, compared with my other Hanoi experiences.

I really enjoyed my stay here, located a short walk from the Ho Tay and surrounded by lots of trendy cafes and restaurants. The staff are professional and helpful. I booked a premium appointment, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The balcony is great for relaxing and looking over the city at the end of day. The washer/dryer combo is convenient. The hotel grounds and my room were clean.

Dirt roads up to the hotel. Hotel next to unattractive neighborhood. Booked for 4 nights, but stayed only for one night because the hotel had a strong chlorine detergent smell throughout the hotel room. Left first thing in the morning.

Family friendly, clean room and everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen including a combo of washing and dryer machine. Staff very accommodating specially Jess, Patrick, Adam, Nina, housekeeping, Huong and Van from the spa the best all around spa massage and treatments. The buffet, good quality and several choices. Even though is few minutes away from the crowd and market places, I’ll definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it. Everything I expected in a beautiful, clean, friendly/hospitable environment, very knowledgeable and their professionalism is definitely commended. Loved it, 5+ stars

Fantastic stay here, service, amenities and location all excellent. Major construction work around the hotel but did not experience any disruption. Had a slight issue with the first room we checked in to but was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Patrick was extremely helpful throughout our stay and would like to thank him and his colleagues for making our stay very pleasant.

It was a fantastic stay. Staff were so friendly especially Patrick. The breakfast had a lot of choice and again staff went out of their way to accommodate. The pool was not working which was very disappointing, as after spending 5 weeks travelling this was to be our rest hotel. However, they gave us a complementary head and back massage. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We arrived late at night & were greeted by Adam, who was working the desk. He was so helpful, when I wasn't thrilled with the view from our room. I had requested garden view, & their order was for lake. He worked hard to move us & we got a view of both. The room was huge & very clean. The restaurant was very good. I also went to the spa which was very enjoyable. I sat in the garden for a while, reading. Sadly the pool was being repaired, but it wasn'treally warm enough in my books for a swim. There is construction going on around the area, but Hanoi is noisy, so it didn't really bother us. And the room was sound-proof. The hotel arranged for our drive to & from the airport, which was good. Adam made our stay that much better. Very polite & always smiling. This is a beautiful, privately-owned hotel close to everything.
