HOW TO RECEIVE AND USE YOUR ESIM GRENADA

Before travelling:

1. Complete the booking using a valid email address.

2. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for a separate email from eSIM FOX.

3. Connect your device to stable Wi-Fi.

4. Install the eSIM by scanning the supplied QR code.

5. Keep the installed eSIM switched off until you arrive in Grenada.

After arriving in Grenada:

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Activated eSIMs and packages that have already consumed mobile data are non-refundable. Requests involving an unused and unactivated eSIM will be reviewed under the applicable eSIM FOX and Traveloka policies.
