When does validity begin?

Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in Grenada, not when it is installed.

Which networks are supported?

The eSIM may connect to Cable & Wireless, depending on the package, location and availability.

Does it include calls, SMS or a local number?

No. This is a data-only service. Internet-based calling and messaging apps can use the purchased data.

Can I use hotspot or tethering?

Yes, on compatible devices. Hotspot use consumes data from the package.

How is the eSIM delivered?

The QR code and installation instructions are emailed separately by eSIM FOX to the address supplied with the booking.

What device is required?

An unlocked, eSIM-compatible device is required. The QR code can be installed on one compatible device only.

Can I delete or reinstall the eSIM?

Do not delete the eSIM after installation. A deleted eSIM may not be recoverable or installable again.

Refund policy

Activated eSIMs and packages that have consumed data are non-refundable. Requests for unused and unactivated eSIMs are reviewed under the applicable eSIM FOX and Traveloka policies. Contact support before deleting the eSIM or attempting repeated installations.
