Arrived at 3 PM, it wasn't too crowded. The staff was very helpful when exchanging tickets. And the other staff were also very informative when asked questions. As for cleanliness, I'm not too sure, because every time I passed by the cork play section next to the trampoline, it smelled really bad of socks. And that's it. As for the rides, they were all fun. Definitely will come back here, especially if you book tickets on the app for a better price, there are promotions, haha
