The tour operator will contact customers after the purchase is made to confirm the booking and provide complete information regarding the tour you have booked.

If you are traveling with children under 5 years old, a mandatory reservation to the tour operator is required at least 2 days (D-2) before the trip.

You must be at the meeting location at the specified time. If you are not ready at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you, and your order will be considered forfeited. You can submit a request to change the schedule based on the tour operator's approval and availability on your chosen date.

4.

At the meeting point, show your e-voucher and mention your name to the tour operator for confirmation.

5.

Only valid vouchers will be accepted. Proof of payment and receipts cannot be used for entry.

Mandatory exclusions

Entrance tickets to Komodo National Park must be purchased separately (starting from Rp250,000 - Rp650,000).

An Open Tour includes other participants from different groups that are combined in a single trip, while a Private Tour is exclusively for your group.

If you are traveling with children under 5 years old, a mandatory reservation to the tour operator is required at least 2 days (D-2) before the trip.

Ticket validity & transferability

Tickets are valid only on the selected date.

Additional charges

An additional fee of Rp200,000 applies for bringing 1 child under 5 years old. For more than 1 child under 5 years old, an additional fee of 50% per child applies for the 2nd child and onwards.

Tour duration & delays

The duration is based on the itinerary, but may vary due to delays, such as traffic or weather conditions. The operator is not responsible for any missed connections or activities.

Meeting points & pick-up locations

The pickup is scheduled between 05:15 - 05:50. Please ensure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure at the confirmed meeting point or pickup location.

The operator is not responsible for missed pick-ups due to delays from the participant.

Tour itinerary modifications

The operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational, weather, or safety reasons.

Alternative activities may be offered, but no refunds will be provided.
