How to Redeem

1.
Activate your voucher for a pass in the Rail Planner App and select the date of your trip. Each travel day will have a separate pass with a QR code.
2.
Present your QR code from the Rail Planner App to the inspector. For routes requiring seat reservations, also present your reservations details.
3.
Present your original and valid ID for verification.
4.
Only your QR code is valid. Proofs of payment and receipts cannot be used for entry.

Mandatory exclusions
Seat reservations for routes or seats that require them in the Rail Planner App must be purchased separately.
Free admission policy
Free for children under 4 years old without a pass, but they cannot occupy a separate seat.
Free for children aged 4 - 11 years old with a child pass.
One adult can bring two children under 12 years old for free.
Youth passes apply to the third child, even if under 12 years old.
Passengers holding a senior or youth pass cannot take children for free.
Ticket validity & transferability
This pass allows for unlimited travel on all Eurail routes across 33 European countries for 4 flexible days within 1 month.
The 2nd class pass is valid for travel in 2nd Class.
This pass is valid from the date stated on the voucher.
This pass is valid for one electronic device once it is activated.
The pass cannot be transferred to another electronic device once activated and used for travel, except if the device is lost or broken.
If the device containing the pass is lost or broken, please contact the pass seller and provide the correct pass number, last name, first name, & passport number in the initial message. The transfer process may take 1 - 3 working days, so passengers should purchase separate tickets in the meantime if necessary.
Passes cannot be refunded once added, activated, or used in the Rail Planner App.
A refund request may be submitted within 360 days from the purchase date if the pass hasn’t been added, activated, or used in the Rail Planner App. For assistance with refund requests, please contact customer service.
The pass is considered activated and/or used once the first travel day has commenced for a Flexible Pass, or when the validity period has begun for a Continuous Pass, even if no trains have been boarded or if travel days remain.
An added and activated mobile pass can still be deactivated at any time before the first travel day within its validity period by canceling all activated travel days in the “My Pass” section of the Rail Planner App.
The pass may be rendered invalid if passengers fail to follow the instructions and guidelines.
Traveling with an invalid Eurail Pass may subject passengers to fines or penalties, the need to purchase a full-fare ticket, or both, depending on the rules of the relevant company.
Passenger eligibility
This pass is available for international tourists, except for citizens of EU countries, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Kingdom, & Vatican City.
Senior passes are for passengers aged 60 years old and above.
Adult passes are for passengers aged 28 - 59 years old.
Youth passes are for passengers aged 12 - 27 years old.
Child passes are for passengers aged 4 - 11 years old.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a valid adult pass at all times. The accompanying adult does not need to be a family member of the child.
