Booking tickets on Traveloka is cheaper and you will be called directly when you want to redeem. At first I was a bit confused about how to redeem it, then I sent an email and was called to be directed to redeem it. So you don't have to queue to buy tickets anymore and there is a special Traveloka counter to change your booking to a wristband. The price is also cheaper. Tickets are around 160 thousand, walk and play as much as you like inside. There are open and closed playgrounds inside. There are lots of rides. What's more exciting is that there is a waterpark. The kids are happy to play as much as they like

Good place to learn about animal. However the ticket redemption is tiring and take a 30-60 minutes when holiday season, we should queuing to take the real ticket instead of right away scan barcode at the gate.

buying ticket via traveloka is the right choice. no queque and no complicated in the spot. The park are so big. We couldn't even complete the 4 area mention on the ticket in 1 full day. Our kids are definately enjoy their trip. Would visit here again in the future if we had the chance. Thanks

It's really fun for a family vacation... The ticket exchange place is also really smooth, I went on vacation with my parents who are seniors and use wheelchairs, the entire area is accessible by wheelchair.
