They said we could order via the application, but when we exchanged it, our order was doubted, even though we had shown proof of the transaction. It was complicated and the response took a long time.

The ticket exchange process is long because the order is via the application. The coordination between the ticket guard and the application is not appropriate. Tickets ordered via the application are doubtful. even though they have shown proof of purchase.
