The cashier staff did not inform me that the doctor had gone home, and I was treated with a peeling by a therapist who was doing the extraction for another customer and after confirmation the doctor admitted that the one who did it was a nurse, even though for 3 years it was said that the one who did the peeling must be a doctor, and I was not informed that the doctor had gone home since 6 pm and the doctor was also not informed that there was a customer who would be doing the peeling. administratively it means that the branch manager and the cashier did not follow the procedure. very disappointing and lost customer trust.
