Reservations must be made at least 1 day before the activity.

Full payment is required upon booking through the Traveloka platform.

The minimum age for participants is 12 years old, and must be accompanied by a parent.

Not allowed for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, heart disorders, or other serious medical conditions.

Activities are available every day from 08:00 – 17:00 WIB (depending on weather conditions &amp; sea waves).

The duration of the game is approximately 15 minutes per session.

Life jackets are provided and must be worn during activities.

Participants must follow the instructions from the instructor/operator.

Cancellations by participants are non-refundable.

If the activity is canceled by the operator due to bad weather or safety reasons, the schedule can be changed.

Participants must arrive at the location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.

Lateness of more than 30 minutes may be considered a unilateral cancellation by the participant.

After successful payment, participants will be contacted by the admin via WhatsApp to confirm activity details and location points.
