If the Alpine Route is closed due to weather or other reasons, we will refund the difference in fare for the rides you were unable to take and the transportation used to detour.

The Alpine Route is expected to be crowded. Depending on the congestion, the hotel departure on the second day may be early in the morning and breakfast may be a boxed lunch.

When passing through the Alpine Route, you may bring your own luggage or it will be transported by large bus. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage during transportation by large bus. We recommend that you pack all luggage you wish to carry with you in a backpack or similar.

The return bus may not board at Tateyama but at Gohyakkoku. In that case, you will need to take the Toyama Chiho Railway to Gohyakkoku (about 40 minutes by train, fare paid by the company).

The amount of snow varies depending on weather conditions.

The accommodations are either pension-type or city hotel-type. In the case of pension-type facilities, the front desk, dining area, and large communal baths may be crowded as the facilities are not large.
