We booked this for our family of four (mom, dad, and 2 boys under 10). From the start, the bus was spacious and comfortable. We had the AC blasting and barely felt the time fly by. The tour guides Charlie and Sara were super friendly. Charlie was very knowledgeable and entertained us all with fun facts along the way. The stops along the way, as well as the elephant sanctuary itself, were very cool to see. My kids in particular really enjoyed the deer land animals. We had a ton of opportunities to interact with the animals and really enjoyed the trip overall.
