Before buying, check if your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM by dialing *#06#. If "EID" appears, your phone supports eSIM; if not, it doesn’t.

After confirming, look for a second email from tell@xplori.world with your eSIM QR code. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or please email at listen@xplori.world.

Install and activate your eSIM within 30 days of receiving it. If your departure is more than 30 days away, please contact Xplori for help.

The QR code can only be scanned once to activate your data plan when connecting to a supported network, so ensure you scan it on the desired start date to avoid early activation. After activation, please do not delete the eSIM, as it cannot be activated again if removed from your device, and we cannot assist if the eSIM is deleted.

Very great easy redemption and the QR code is sent very fast. Very fast to redeem, just scan the QR code then you will be able to open the e-sim and access the service and roaming. Recommend to anyone who is traveling to the country to no need to wait in the long line at the airport.

The SIM is quite cheap. Just remember to turn on Data Roaming when you get there. I didn't turn it on and when I got to a place with signal, there was no internet. I struggled for a long time to get it 😄
