Luggage sizes:

M: 20 to 23 inches (total dimensions of all three sides must be 115 centimetres or less)
L: 24 to 27 inches (total dimensions of all three sides must be 158 centimetres or less)
XL: Over 28 inches (total dimensions of all three sides must be 158 centimetres or more)

How to drop off your luggage:

Airport to hotel: Upon arrival at the airport, drop off your luggage between 07:00 and 15:00. You will receive your luggage at your hotel after 19:00.
Hotel to airport: Before leaving the hotel, drop off your luggage before 09:00. You may pick up your luggage at the airport between 14:00 and 22:00.

Airport luggage pickup and drop-off point operating hours:

B1, Travel Store, Incheon Airport Terminal 1: 07:00-22:00 (Closed until 02 April 2020)
B1, Travel Centre, Incheon Airport Terminal 2: 08:00-21:30 (08:00-18:00 until 02 April 2020)
B1, Travel Centre, Gimpo Airport: 07:00-21:30 (09:00-19:00 until 02 April 2020)
Warnings
The detailed pickup location information will be sent you via email within 24 hours after booking.

This service is not available for luggage drop-off beyond 15:00 upon arrival and 09:00 before departure.
