Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time as the tour will depart on time.

Wear comfortable clothes and sports shoes, as the tour involves a lot of walking.

This is a shared transfer; if your group books separately, include a note in the order remarks. Seating may be split based on vehicle type.

After booking, check your order message the day before the tour for confirmation, meeting time, and location. Join the messaging group in advance and ensure your mobile connection is active.

No roadside parking is allowed near Jiufen due to narrow roads. You’ll need to walk 5–10 minutes from the meeting point to the parking lot to board the vehicle.

Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants and traffic conditions. Specific vehicle models cannot be requested.

If inclement weather (e.g., typhoons or snowstorms) is expected, a cancellation decision will be made by 6:00 PM the day before departure, with notifications sent via email.

If flights are canceled due to weather, notify Traveloka at least one day in advance to cancel your tour. If not, the vehicle will still be dispatched and refunds won’t be provided.

Taiwan law requires every passenger to occupy a seat, including children and infants. Children under 4 must use a car seat, which can be rented for NT$200 per seat (payable to the driver on-site). If you do not comply, the driver may refuse service without a refund.
