Boxer Lab Boxing Gym opens its door for fitness enthusiasts to acquire the skills of Thailand's combat sport. The gym does not only focus on Thai boxing techniques, but also bodyweight training to promote better health simultaneously.
A session starts with a 10-20-minute warm-up, follows by 30-40 minutes of pad work, and cools down with 20 minutes of bodyweight training. Acquire the skills at our own pace; one session, one-week unlimited pass, five-session pass, couple and group sessions are available.
