You Should Also Know This

The booking cannot be adjusted or changed after it is confirmed, please be sure to provide the accurate number of participants and preferred session time. You will be asked to rebook the ticket to make any adjustments to the original booking (please refer to the cancellation policies for order cancellation)

Please arrive 30 mins prior to your selected session at the meeting location and look for the staff on-site to redeem your ticket. Travelers who arrive less than 15 mins prior to departure will be denied entry

If you plan to bring your pet with you, please keep your pet in a pet carrier (must be smaller than the following dimension: 30 cm (length), 55 cm (width), 20 cm (height) and make sure that no feces will leak from the carrier, please kindly put the carrier in the compartment in the back of the seat; note that snakes and other dangerous pets are not allowed

Entry will be denied in the event where travelers are unable to present a valid ID. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted

The activity may be canceled in the event of natural disasters or other unexpected circumstances (e.g. typhoon, earthquake)

Travelers are required to follow on-site instructions and regulations at all times

Children must be at least 3 years old (NHI card required) or over 90 cm in height to join this activity. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult traveler. Each ticket can only be used by 1 traveler. Each bike seats 2 passenger, if there are odd-numbered participants, the staff will arrange the seats on-site

For safety concerns, the package is not suitable for travelers with reduced mobility unless they are accompanied by someone who is capable of bike riding

Travelers under the influence of alcohols will not be permitted to participate, please not that drinking and eating are not allowed on a rail bike

Please keep your seatbelt fastened the whole time and keep your personal belongs and clothes out of the bike pedals. Getting off the bike mid-way is not allowed.

Please remain a 5-meter distance from the bike in front of you. If a collision occurred due to failure to keeping the safe distance, the travelers will be liable for damages and compensation

Dangerous behaviors such as standing or jumping aboard the bike and shaking the bike are prohibited

Please do not litter or damage the greenery along the way

If anything falls off the bike during the ride, please do not get off the bike to retrieve it. Please use the emergency call button on each bike to inform the staff
