I stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The first one was pretty good and the second one (room 715) the worst I have had in any NH properties, and I have been in many. Unacceptable. It looks a cheap motel room with clear lack of maintenance. Very disappointed with this experience. I regret booking in this one.

We stayed at this hotel on 4–5 March and 19 March and had a very disappointing experience regarding a missing item. After checkout, we realised we had forgotten a jacket in the room. We returned to the hotel later the same day, after the cleaners had been in, but it had already gone. Reception reluctantly checked the room after asking them to multiple times, but it could not be located. We also requested that the cleaners be asked if they found the jacket - and it was surprising to hear that they had not turned this in. We subsequently sent a detailed email asking the hotel to investigate with housekeeping again and also with lost property. We also mentioned that we would be returning to the hotel again 2 weeks later. Despite this, we never received any reply to our email, and when we stayed again, nobody followed up or provided any information. While items can sometimes go missing, the complete lack of response and apparent absence of any investigation was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected acknowledgment, communication, or some effort to resolve the situation. The way this was handled left us with a poor impression of the hotel's customer service and attention to guests’ concerns.

Area looked sketchy but we saw no issues. Room was big but very poorly laid out so there was not a lot of room for stuff. Night stands were small and couldn’t accommodate much. The outlets were old and loose so when you put something to charge it would come loose and not charge. The shower was a nice size, good temperature and pressure but no hand unit. Also, they are stingy with the toilet paper so you have to keep asking for more. Also, you have to use toilet paper because they don’t provide kleenex. Bathroom counter is small so you can’t put much on it and there is no place to hang a toiletry bag. The bed is rock hard and uncomfortable but the BIGGEST issue is the glasses in the room. I used one to drink some water with powder (medicine) and the next day when i went to use the same glass it still had residue. They didn’t even was it or replace it. Makes me wonder what else is being neglected.
