The street where this motel is located, this is not the fault of APX motel group, it's more to do with the local council and surrounding buildings/restaurants to keep the street to a reasonably clean condition, rental bikes blocking the narrow footpath, cigarette butts all over the place doesn't make for a very appealing welcome to the neighbourhood.

Have stayed at this property a few times when we visit the city. The location will leave you speechless. The room was clean and the balcony makes it even more special. Big thanks to Kareem for assistance with check in and knowledge of the city(recommendations). We will be back.

Location was great as we love china town on welcome customer service wasn’t great not a friendly welcome and called 3 times with no response bout parking room was good size but tv was limited to 3 channels wake up to no hot water so cold shower was what we had such a let down for our romantic get away

They took $400 holding deposit for 2 rooms, today is 9days since checked out and still haven't received my refund. Contacted them numerous times they said 5 days, this is absolutely ridiculous as it is only a holding bond. Will never stay or recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night to go to a show at Lyric Theatre, great location and well appointed room.
The pillows were a bit too high but that's just a personal preference.

Centrally located in the heart of Chinatown. Rooms are spacious and have all necessities. Beds are not very comfortable.

The room was very comfortable - a good size, included full kitchen, bright, clean and inviting.
The location was magic - directly in the middle of Chinatown with hundreds of restaurants, etc at the doorstep.
This is a budget hotel so don't expect five star quality and don't expect five star prices.
Overall it is great value for money. Very comfortable and inviting.
