Aura on Flinders Serviced Apartments

Alway clean and staff always helpful I only stay at the Aura when in melbourne now

Great location, staff okay, apartment could do with good clean and paint

perfect stay at aura on flinders. staff were friendly

1. Cleanliness. Room is generally not that clean like the dirty kettle, cups with hair and lipstick stain. Scraps can be seen in the hallway. The location is ok, lobby is dark and untidy plus no WiFi. Staff are ok. The bed is comfortable.No hanging in the bathroom.

Price and location were great. Unit good. Cleanliness not so good. Stained carpets and furniture. Sliding door to apartment next doors bathroom only secured by drop bolt and you could see through so no privacy. Overall I would only stay again due to low cost

No room service or able to contact reception on phone in room security . No internet/ or facilities at hotel accommodation / no meals or restaurant /no refill of coffee,tea sugar milk . No safe to put valuables in if went out ) didn't leave accom for this reason also as was alone staying there / no clean towels for addition nights or shampoo etc refill etc . No bed or cleaning either . No pool / gym / etc . Just accom . Not apply at all. Even went to reception about issues when do shut me out of room in pjs when room service were on floor 20 mins before inking why hasn't my room been done . Asked for to get access key for room which why would you when checking where room service had left floor..I extremely disapponited overall experience . Won't be back here again sorry . I was suppose to come stay 8 nights in next few weeks grateful found out now than payout 8 nights . Would of thought even when travel pickup coming refused to let me go back to room to sit until arrived . Sorry but not happy at all.

The room was great the only problem was the we stayed 2 nights we had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper 2 tea bags 2 milk & 2 coffee pods we had to empty out the rubbish and put the dishwasher on before we left the only thing that we didn't have to do was change the. Sheets and make the bed...the view was amazing and the staff were helpful

The room is much smaller and old compared to the photos, and the bed, sofa..very dirty and my daughter skin allergies after staying there a few night

Room could have been cleaner, dirty towels left in washing machine. Beds and bedding clean. Dish washer shelves in disarray..

What a great find! Our apartment was spacious and modern , spotlessly clean and conveniently located. Would definitely book again when next in Melbourne.

Room was very neglected and is not what appears on your site. I contacted Expedia and sent through photos when we checked in but they said they could not do anything. Happy to send thru pictures. About 2 star hotel.

Aura on Flinders has a lot going for it, especially in terms of location. It’s very central and convenient, and the balcony view was a nice bonus. The unit itself was spacious, which made the stay comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They even accommodated a 1-hour late check-out, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning worked fine, and both the smart TV and internet speed were good. On-site parking is available, which is a plus. That said, the condition of the room let the stay down. Cleanliness was an issue — there were candy wrappers under the bed, and the bathroom had mould. Several things were broken or not functioning properly, including the washing machine, dishwasher, and the kitchen tap knob. The shower drain was also very slow and occasionally overflowed, so I had to carefully adjust the water pressure just to avoid flooding the bathroom. Parking is another thing to be aware of. It uses a car lift and the spaces are extremely tight. You’ll need good manoeuvring skills, and I would not recommend parking a larger vehicle. Would I stay again? Maybe. Despite the room being in poor condition, the staff were very helpful, responsive to all my enquiries, and addressed everything I raised in a satisfactory manner. With better maintenance and cleaning, this place could be much better.
