Would definitely recommend this property. Yes it's old and kinda quirky, but it's in a great location, within easy walking distance of the valley and all the restaurants and clubs. Friendly staff, clean rooms and you can't beat the price!

There is no sound proofing so we were kept up all night by the next door TV, music and people walking up and down the corridor. All the lights remained on in the corridor which meant our room was very bright all night as the light came in around the door frame. The main bed was acceptable for comfort however the single bed was very uncomfortable with springs felt through the bedding.

Got in late, rang call button got answered straight away got key out of safe all good. I have stayed there before so I knew what to expect of the accommodation. It’s basic, clean and reasonably priced. My issue was upstairs guests come home at midnight and proceed to talk and stomp around room till 3am in morning. They had no consideration for others trying to sleep.

Très vieil hôtel avec besoin de rénovations. Moyennement propre.Mais bien situé et pas trop cher pour l'Australie. L'entrée est à 14h00, pas une minute avant. J'ai pris une chambre sans lavabo, mon erreur, a ne pas faire. Il y a u e cuisine communautaire...pas pour moi.

The room was adequate. Bar fridge, TV, A/C worked well. Our bathroom was all abilities, there was a large well equipped kitchen for guests, certainly great for anyone on a budget. Very close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital. Free parking and very quiet. For the price it was very good.

One of the simplest but nicest places to stay, rooms are small but that’s all you need to a short stay. The bed was the softest and very comfortable, one time in years that I found a place with a bed that wasn’t rock hard.

This property was excellent value. The building is old showing its age however it was clean, the bathroom was large with sliding screen door. There was a great shared kitchen area and the hotel is close to bus stops.
