A beautiful property. We stayed in the blue tower which was quiet, comfortable and clean. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner there as well which were good. Easy walk to the action end of the esplanade. A lovely experience all round.

Spectacular looking hotel and pool. Rooms are cleaned and stocked well daily. We had a seaview room which was amazing and comfortable. Around the pool staff are professional when bringing food and drinks.
Cocktails were especially fantastic from all three different bars.

Check your bank statement closely after staying here. They charged me twice for parking, for a breakfast I didn’t eat, and the damage deposit. Still waiting for these charges to be resolved after a few weeks
Really nice hotel, great pool, room was clean etc. but the issues with charges really turned me off. Also the iPad in the room is how you order room service but our was missing the case to charge it on the dock so had to get someone to bring a charge cord and then when we did order room service it didn’t go through anyways. We were offered a free breakfast so that was good compensation but then they ended up charging us for the breakfast the next day which we didn’t even attended because I was at a skydiving event. So the hotel was really nice place to stay but I think they have some issues with management or some areas

Nice hotel and in a good location. Bed was comfortable, and nice amenities in the room. We did however have to move the room due to ants in the first room and a spider in the second room. It’s Cairns, it’s hot, it’s humid, some of this is probably unavoidable, but when you have to move twice it’s not great. Staff were very accommodating and helpful though, thank you for that!

Second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Great staff, location is close to a variety of dining options and the free bike hire is fantastic. The pool is awesome too, with plenty of lounge chairs for all.

We didn’t much care for our experience here. The room smelled of mold and it took some convincing to get a new room. The new room was alright once we got settled.
Housekeeping was poor overall. The linens had an obvious stain on them that wasn’t removed, the tissue box remained empty until we called for more, pillows were left on the floor after the bed was made.
The gym was also very bare bones and not ideal.
The property was ok overall, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Our stay at crystal book Riley Cairns, was very relaxining. The property was immaculate, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, l would like to mention in particular Maximilian & Mathew. They were always greeted us with a smile, made us feel very welcome.
Buffet breakfast was good, Vocca had a great atmosphere with the DJ and the view was great.
We had pool and beach views.
The only thing was the big pool was having the decking replaced whilst we were there.
The spa pool is massive.
Thank you to all the staff, highly recommend.

Our room was quite dirty, alot of mould build up, room was musky and dust was built up in areas if it wasnt for the room tye property is nice but i would not use there accommodation or recommend a room to anyone.
