Had a great stay here! The staff welcomed me really well! They gave me early check-in for my birthday complimentary! Room was larger than what I expected (this because of the birthday complimentary too!) All great! I really enjoyed staying here & I’ll definitely come back staying here again!

Brand new hotel in a strategic location at the CBD area, close to a supermarket, factory outlet, tram stop, and train station. The room was spacious and clean, will stay here for the next trip.

Clean, quiet yet central location. Located in the slightly quieter side of CBD, but super central. Easy to walk to places in CBD, easy access to public transport and easy to get to and from the airport. The indoor pool was a nice addition esp at certain times when children are restricted, making it a nice & relaxing experience. Luggage storage was also super handy especially when you need a place to store your luggage when exploring the CBD before and after checking out. Everything I needed in a hotel. Well maintained too. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location and is well presented. However make sure if you book a cot that it is confirmed before you arrive. It was very stressful to find out there were none available. We were compensated which was appreciated. The rooms are a good size and valet parking is worth the cost. Good breakfast
