I booked and received confirmation for two rooms, but on the morning of check-in the hotel app showed only one. Staff initially insisted there was only one booking and told me to contact Hotels.com myself. After a lot of effort, another staff member finally confirmed both rooms. Very frustrating experience and disappointing service.

Room service menu was limited, no tea or expresso coffee available via room service. Pool bar closes at 6pm which seems early for a rooftop bar. Breakfast options are limited, would have liked to see pancakes or waffles. Some basics missing like toothbrush. No area to heat food.

Clean and modern, the bed and pillows were great! It’s in the thick of the night life area so there was a little street noise but that is to be expected. The staff were great, super friendly and the welcome cookies were delicious.

The room is very small definitely not the same size room as in the photo. Could not get any room service. Did not have ballet parking as it said on line and there was no 24hour room service also like it said. The safe lady member with the red hair was not very friendly and did not give very good directions or clear instructions on how to get the parking garage. The shower had mild in it

The hotel is located in the most vibrant part of the city, right in the middle of restaurants. You can't ask for a better location. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with many choices, and above all, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Our stay was pleasant and memorable. We had an issue with our room, but we were promptly offered an upgrade plus drink vouchers. We will stay there again.

Good spot. Pool and Bar is a bit sad. Breakfast was nice. Recommend going for an early morning walk to take in the all night ravers from right across the road and the friendly but kind of over-it police officers.
