the only negative for this hotel which I have stayed in before, was this morning we checked out, the lady behind the desk made a point in a tone that they do not do cash for the holding bond! You were given this as an exception. I found this to be degrading as CASH is still MONEY!! Instead of using a credit card this time for the bond as such - $100 which we then have to wait for it to be returned in how many business days, we gave $200 cash so we can receive it straight back.

The location is perfect, close to shops, mall, train stations and some of Perth’s tourist attractions. Easy access to public transport. The room was so clean, new and very relaxing. I’m glad I found a great deal online so I got a room with king size bed in a very reasonable price. Noise level was great. I could barely hear any noise from the outside. Truly relaxing. The hotel has 24/7 gym and a swimming pool. I would like to mention EMMA, she really fits for the job. She was very friendly and very accommodating. Kudos to her. I will surely come back and I am 100% satisfied. Thank u

Staff were friendly and helpful but the location is not ideal, especially if arriving at night. Did not expect to see an adult shop with peep show opposite the main reception entry.

Likes : Staff were fabulous, breakfast is decent, room is spacious and bed is comfy. Loads of nice restaurants and good food in Northbridge. Dislikes: Lack of hooks or hanging rack to hang clothes, the area have alot of homeless and nearby to clubs hence noisy. Seen police cars patrolling nearby. Not too much an issue for me as I return before sunset.
