Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very attentive, kind, and professional. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our month-long trip to Australia. We would highly recommend this hotel. It was a short, scenic walk to the jetties and bust tours.

Just wanted to say how amazing Asta was during our stay. My mother was unfortunately admitted to hospital & was extremely ill & we were supposed to have left Perth to go home to Melbourne We booked online via Hotels.com & they messed up the booking & were not very helpful when we tried changing the dates I was in a highly stressed state, but Asta assisted to get things sorted IShe was so lively & concerned.

Room was spacious, clean , bed was uncomfortable, pillows were not comfortable, could do with a light dooner. For two people in the room, only one lounge chair?? And need extra milk in fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they make our stay, not the Hotel.

Joanne checked us in and very unfriendly. We advised it was our first wedding anniversary and asked if there was any complimentary upgrades and she said no but if we paid extra we could.. not sure how that works. Unfortunately we had Joanne again on checkout and maybe she was having a bad weekend but she was so rude like explaining to us why an additional $100 taken out of card was to hard and any other queries we had. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, then she should find a new one.

Our stay was not too bad and we had a decent view from our room. We had been upgraded initially on a higher floor and then moved to a room lower due to an error with our beds, which was more like being downgraded to our original room. We had our 14 year old son staying and sleeping in the same room as my wife & myself so a double bed and a single were required. The valet parking cost per day was what left a sour taste in our mouths. Overall the hotel was great and the facilities were okay also.

Room size was decent. Clean and tidy. A bit noisy as have some guest knocked on next door room in the middle of the night ( 3 AM) Missing amenities like toothbrush and slippers.
