The hotel has nice and kind staff. The food is the same menu every breakfast time, but they are tasty. I asked for a room on a high floor and the view is amazing. Thank you for giving me what I asked. The location is at the heart of CBD Adelaide. You can’t ask for a better location. Many restaurants nearby. Reasonable prices.

Have been to Ibis Adelaide a couple times before and it’s always pleasant! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are to the best standard, and the location is perfect because it’s really close to Rundle Mall where you can easily shop or eat all types of cuisine

Did not have microwave in room yet only in the restaurant. One soap for hair, face, and body. Windows cannot open for fresh air. Heat pump was auto set to 24•C every night making room very warm. Good location though.
