Thanks for a pleasant stay and for assistance with breakfast, finding the nearest convenience store and laundry access. Eco friendliness is noticeable at this hotel.

Clean room, easy check-in, very comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient street parking and a nearby car park, which made access easy. However, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The carpet was not very clean, and the property appears quite worn and in need of a full upgrade and refurbishment. The facilities and interiors do not match expectations. While the location is a positive point, significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed to provide a comfortable stay.

The room was terrible Stains in the sink A/C was filthy Charging port’s didn’t work The only good thing was the female to helped me with all my concerns

I found the rest restaurant should have said they were out of items on the menu before they took the order.

Awful - a grubby hotel, everything tacky. Out the front are smokers and others assembled to make even the entry more like the exterior of a central train station than a hotel. The room was tiny, decor dated, and worst of all it felt dirty. I woke up with what might be spider bites. Hopefully not bed bugs. Whatever it was it was uncomfortable. If the price tag was $100 per night I would say not great but given I paid over $300 for that room it is appalling.

The room was tidy, bathroom had not had a clean down. Bed was comfy. Rooms are not soundproof as advised in the advertisement however for price and 1 night, was ok. I didnt appreciate being woken up by banging on my door a couple of times at 545am by someone looking for another guest for what I am guessing was for a shuttle and they had been given the wrong room.

Great breakfast, clean and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed

Room and amenities were good however sheets were very noisy when turning over in bed meaning that my wife and I woke each other every time we rolled over or moved.

Breakfast was good parking efficient

Close to airport, shops, train station and bus stop. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Air conditioning wasn’t working well on 43 degree day. Toilet smelled and laundry machines and dryers very old and in desperate need of updating.

It needs to be a little cleaner.

Clean, comfortable bed. Extremely helpful staff. Uber to and from airport much cheaper than the hotel shuttle bus.
